Joe Gelletich

– Design build, bath & kitchen designer Joe Gelletich believes that living with good design is fundamental to living well. Joe strives to balance budgets with dreams so that his clients can fully enjoy their time at home. Having studied Architecture at Georgia Tech and Urban Planning at the University of Virginia, Joe spent 10 years in new home construction. Since the early 90’s, he has been remodeling kitchens and baths. Joe believes there are always creative solutions. He has created a number of unique and innovative baths to the delight of clients around the Washington, DC metropolitan area. His work has been featured in Signature Kitchens & Bath magazine.

Ellyn Gutridge

– Addition, bath & kitchen designer Ellyn Gutridge comes from a background where remodeling was the family business. She has specialized in kitchen and bath projects for more than 10 years with an emphasis on unique design that reflects her clients’ lifestyles. Ellyn’s approach to a successful design is to really get to know the needs, wants and desires of her clients by listening, interpreting and translating key information. Her word-of-mouth referral business has grown significantly in recent years and her work has been featured in Signature Kitchen & Bath Magazine.

Hamid Fadakar

Whole house, kitchen & bath designer Hamid Fadakar began his creative career with an enthusiasm for architecture. Through his studies he developed a keen eye and sense for style. While perusing his new found muse for architecture and structural composition, he joined his family’s construction business. He co-founded and operated a successful Kitchen and Bath Design Build Firm in NW DC. For the past 20 years, he has taken on the challenges of small to large renovation projects alike, creating innovative kitchens and elegant baths to the delight of his customers. Hamid has won several prestigious awards such as “NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) Award of Distinction” for large bath design and has been published in publications such as “Home & Design Magazine”. His approach to design begins with a careful study of the customer’s needs and wants. His vast knowledge of materials and style trends enable him reach the target of a demanding taste and sensible design. With his practical and organized approach he can provide effective solutions and recommendations for the everyday budget.

Alyssa Ploszay

– Kitchen & bath designer Alyssa Ploszay has been designing interiors professionally for over half a decade and enjoys designing to enhance the function and aesthetic quality of a space. She has extensive experience with exterior and interior products where her clients have found her approachable, knowledgeable and helpful for any size remodeling project. As Alyssa says, “Having an understanding of design concepts and being able to connect with clients is vital. If you are able to connect you can reflect their personal style in their home and that to me is the ultimate goal.” She studied at The Art Institute International Minnesota and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design and earned a certificate in Kitchen & Bath Design. Striving to obtain an Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer Certification (AKBD). Working with 3/D graphics and hand rendering tools her work was published in the Mid-West Home Magazine. She brings a lot of diverse ideas and visual aides to help you reach a place where you understand exactly what your project will feel and look like before Signature starts your project.

Gary Case

Owner of Signature Kitchens, Additions & Baths, and his team bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Case began his career more than 35 years ago by buying and renovating properties in the D.C. area. Over the years, he has developed a team of highly skilled master craftsmen whose unique skills enable them to restore dilapidated properties into gorgeous homes. As Case’s reputation spread, Signature Kitchens, Additions & Baths was born.

“In the Washington, D.C. area, many older homes require special skills. Over the last 10 years we have taken houses that would have been condemned and turned them into great investments. We don’t subcontract anything – everything is done in-house with our own carpenters, our own staff and our own kitchen designers,” says Case.

Signature Kitchens, Additions & Bath’s new showroom at 850 E. Gude Drive, Suite C in Rockville boasts a wide variety of gorgeous appliances, cabinetry, tile work, countertops, bathtubs and more. working displays, featuring cabinetry from designer lines such as Medallion, Dura Supreme and the Jay Rambo Company and appliances. In addition to carrying designer cabinetry lines like Medallian, Jay Rambo, and Dura Supreme, Signature carries top New York and European appliances, some exclusively.

“Our strength is our people, our in-house philosophy and the breadth of our experience,” says Case. ‘There are not many builder/remodelers with such a passionate team, and I don’t know of any other kitchen and bath professionals who can underpin a house or torch down a rubber roof while putting in your new kitchen!”
