Bathroom Remodel Olney Maryland Challenges & Solutions
The subdivision of Cashel Manor in Olney Md was built in the early 1980’s. In this particular project there were no daunting bathroom remodel challenges or dramatic solutions. There were some compromised joists below the original bathroom which we replaced. We made the new bathroom slightly larger so we had to shift the partition wall located between bathroom and closet.

Home owner Sherman H said “They replaced the tub with a glass enclosed walk in shower that included multiple devices such as body sprays,shower head, hand held shower, temperature control valve, volume control valve and diverter valve. Walls and flooring are Carrara marble, wall indents for supplies, quartz seating and quartz counter-top w/ extra large sink. The bathroom remodel is just fantastic”
This Olney MD bathroom design remodel was a mix of Kohler & Danze decorative plumbing fixtures. The owner chose to use a four port thermostatic valve so that a shower stick and four body sprays cold be controlled at the diverter transfer valve. The accessories were also a mix of Kohler and Danze. The cabinets are Medallion Gold, a Trinity door, Maple species with a Carriage Black finish. The counter top is Absolute Black granite. The floor is Daltile Salerno Grigio Perla.
