From day one of our kitchen remodel project, the team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Gary, Maurico, and Hamid proved to me that they actually cared about the end product and took pride in their work. Their attention to detail was incredible and was very evident in the end product. If you are looking for a firm that produces a high-quality product, Signature is for you.

Even after a year, our new Signature kitchen-dining room is a pleasure to wake up to. Light reflecting cabinets with deep drawer storage. Space to hold a trove of cookbooks and all the cookware I need. A massive, well-lit island that we never get tired of strolling around. Quality touches that were never discussed but simply there to discover, one after the other. All of it came together with great planning and design, not to mention solid, dedicated workmanship by the Signature team. We love our kitchen and love Signature for giving us the space to cook up a storm.

The SKAB team took an ugly and chaotic utility space and made it into a bright and cheery laundry room. More importantly the design was highly functional and efficient. They solved a number of difficult plumbing issues, used quality materials, and stayed on budget. I now smile while doing laundry.

In an old DC townhouse with lots of character but little light, Signature constructed a jewel of a kitchen that encompasses great storage and a dining area. Now, we have ample space, oh-so-much light, and a kitchen island with space enough for several pairs of helping hands. A special feature is the drip dry cabinet directly over our sink, which discreetly hides washed pots and pans and keeps our counters clutter-free. We had many thoughts and ideas, but Signature had the wisdom, experience, and dedicated staff to turn our dreams into reality.

Signature helped me remodel my bathroom to make it more wheelchair accessible.  I couldn't be happier with the results, and with the experience.  From the beginning, they were extremely attentive to my unique needs and worked with me to make sure everything was perfect.  This was a difficult project, with a lot of requirements and requests that were difficult to coordinate, but they made it seem easy.  They made sure I got exactly what I wanted.  The project was completed exactly on time and on budget, and everyone was a pleasure to work with.  The finished project is beautiful and extremely functional.  I highly recommend Roz and Gary.

Gary and his team did a great job re-designing, constructing and finishing the kitchen, mud room and half bath. His team worked very hard to stay within budget and meet the deadline. Our home layout is designed in such a way that when you come in the front door you come down a short hallway, right in the kitchen. The new kitchen looked wonderful but the old hallway wall paper had to go. I asked Gary to come back, remove the wallpaper and paint. He completed that task at a reasonable price, within time and just before a planned dinner party.
