Falls Chapel Way, Potomac, MD 20854
Bathroom design Potomac for Alan & Bonnie G.
Alan & Bonnie own a 1971 colonial in Copenhaver across from Cold Spring Elementary School in Potomac MD. The bathroom design and condition were original builder grade and were in need of some serious updating. They turned to Signature Kitchens Additions & Baths for our expertise in modern bathroom design & remodeling in Potomac and the surrounding Metro DC area.
Potomac bathroom designer Joe Geletich to the rescue
It’s not often that a homeowner has four bathrooms in their home; it is less often that they choose to design and remodel every one of them at the same time. Alan & Bonnie figured it had to be done there was no point in dragging it out. Alan & Bonnie’s design criterion included making the master bathroom one large space vs the two they had. The original bathroom had a divided shower & water closet in one room and vanities in the room proceeding. This made for two tight spaces instead of one larger space. They also wanted a whirlpool tub and with a seat. As well as a more luxurious look including the use of marble & glass as a design element. One of the many reasons that Signature is such a successful bathroom remodeling contractor is design. Bathroom interior design in Potomac or Washington DC is a specialty. Joe Gelletich along with our other accomplished kitchen & bathroom designers are specialists in large & small bathroom designs.
Design a Bathroom for guests
One of the hall bathrooms abutted a more private bedroom which was often the suggested guest bedroom. Another plan requirement was to remove and frame up the hallway door and open & install a door to the guest bedroom to design a bathroom for Alan & Bonnie’s friends and relatives who would often visit for a while.
