The Davidson’s own a 1,994-square-foot town home just off Seven Locks Road in Potomac Maryland. The house was built in 1991 with three full baths and two half baths and sits on a hill overlooking Cabin John Creek. The subdivision is just down the road from Cabin John Village Shopping Center and nearly across the street from the Inverness Recreation Center.

She had a good idea of what she wanted and worked very closely with kitchen designer Joe Gelletich to make the design a reality. During the design process Joe & Victoria were able to work together to come up with what has turned out to be our dream kitchen.
Our home was built in 1991 and as it turns out the walls are not straight and the floors and ceiling are not very level so when the time came to do the installation, the installation team was challenged but they were able to make it work. Our total project was a bit over $100k which included modification outside of the kitchen, new hardwood floors throughout the first floor and painting on all three floors. Unlike most kitchen & bath companies, Signature is a design build construction company. They are ready, willing, and able to take on all aspects of our remodeling project.
Gary Case, the owner of Signature and the project manager, was very good to work with. He listened to us and was responsive to our desire for a high-quality finished product. It was clear that the he wanted not just to complete a great project but to end with a solid relationship with a happy customer. When we encountered issues, he came to our home and we were able to come up with a mutually agreeable means to resolve them to our satisfaction.
Prior design build contractors in Potomac that we have used would not have entertained our requests or would ignore our interests.
